Free tracked shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery estimates United States: 7–15 business days after processing. International: 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after shipment.

Address changes Need to update your shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@calmorastore.online.

Lost or delayed packages If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days or your package appears lost, contact us at support@calmorastore.online and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve it — replacement or refund included if the package is confirmed lost.

Customs & duties International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by your local customs office. These fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
